Betty's Fresh Peach Pie


  • 1 1/2 cups peaches-crushed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 T cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup water
    • Boil until thick and clear
  • Then add 2 cups fresh peaches.
Place in cooked pie pastry shell and serve.
