Belgium Waffles


¨       1T yeast or 1 pkg. dry yeast
¨       2c warm milk
¨       4 eggs (separated)
¨       1t vanilla
¨       2 1/2c flour
¨       1/2t salt
¨       1T sugar
¨       1/2c melted butter
¨       Beat together with mixer; let rise for approx.15 min. Pour into waffle iron and cook.
