Corn Bread


  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 2-4 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter (margarine or oil)              
Bake at 425 degrees F in 8x8 pan until golden brown.
