Zucchini Brownies


·        Prepare and shred 2c zucchini. Let drain while mixing together:
·        2c flour
·        1 1/4c sugar
·        1t salt
·        1 1/2t soda
·        1/4c cocoa
·        1/2c salad oil
·        Combine dry ingredients w/ zucchini and salad oil.
·        Add 2t vanilla & 1/2c chopped nuts.
·        Spread batter into oiled 9“x13” pan.

Bake @ 350 for 18-20 minutes. (Batter is Thick, because no eggs)
