Carrot Cake



·        1 1/2c oil
·        2c sugar
·        5 eggs
·        2 1/4c flour
·        2t baking powder
·        1t soda
·        2t cinnamon
·        1t salt
·        2t vanilla
·        2c grated carrots
·        1c pineapple
·        1/2c nuts

·        Bake @ 350degrees for 1 hr.
