Betty's Rice Pudding


·         4c water
·         2c rice (white non-instant)
·         cook 30 min. after boils-dump into another container-if not sticky

·        In blender:
·        1 can canned milk, 6 eggs, 2c sugar, 2T cornstarch, 1T vanilla, fill to top of blender with regular 1% milk. Dump over rice, bring to boil & cook 3-5 min.
·        optional-cook raisins in microwave add after w/ cinnamon or nutmeg
