Yummy Brownie Topping:


  Cover top of brownies with miniature marshmallows while hot and if desired add chocolate chips too. Stir 1/2c packed brown sugar, 2T cocoa, and 1/4c water in saucepan. Bring to a boil for 2min. Remove and stir in 1/2t vanilla, 1 1/2c powdered sugar, and 11/4c margarine. Drizzle over marshmallows. Cut when cool.
